The College of Management is one
of six colleges at the University of Massachusetts Boston. The College
of Management is one of over 500 business schools accredited by the Association
to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business
(AACSB International).
CM enrolls approximately 1,400 undergraduate students in its Bachelor’s
of Science degree program. Approximately 425 students pursue its graduate
degrees, the MBA,the MSA and the MSIT. The College boasts approximately
50 full-time faculty who hold
degrees from prestigious institutions around the world and have significant
business and consulting experience. They are joined by a cohort of adjunct
faculty from business and industry who bring timely and relevant business
experience to the classroom.
The College has three academic departments—Accounting and Finance,
Management and Marketing, and Management Science and Information Systems.
It is also home to four Business Centers, the Financial Services Forum,
and the Assistant to the Chancellor for Economic Development.
CM occupies the fifth floor of McCormack Hall on the UMB Campus. The
Campus itself is located on Columbia Point, which it shares with the
John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and the Massachusetts State Archives.
