Communication, Negotiation and Conflict Interactions
An interactive class designed to raise students' confidence
in business communication and prepare them for a variety
of speaking scenarios. They will learn negotiation
and conflict strategies and become more persuasive,
organized, and diplomatic in the delivery of information,
even during stressful and challenging situations. The
course also addresses the cultural norms, procedures
and customs appropriate for a professional business
setting. By the end of the course, students will have
a strong grasp of how to present themselves well in
interviews, meetings, conferences, one-on-one interactions,
and other relevant business ventures.
