Health System Financial Management

Addresses the financial management theory, techniques, and issues applicable to public and private health organizations. Specific topics include budgeting, capital formation, cost finding, reimbursement alternatives, financial analysis, and performance evaluation. Evaluates contemporary policy issues affecting the health care administrator.

Prerequisites

MBA AF 620 and graduate degree student in the College of Management
