This course will cover advanced topics in taxation including Tax Practice, Taxes on the financial statements, Stock Redemptions, Corporate Reorganizations, Consolidated Tax Returns, International Taxation, Partnership Taxation issues, Multistate Taxation, and Deferred Compensation.
