International and Comparative Management
Introduces students to the perspectives and dimensions of management and organizations in settings that span national boundaries. Course materials stress the nature, structure, dynamics, and problems faced by international and multinational organizations. Adaptive and competitive strategic behaviors of firms working in cross-national environments are analyzed as well as the array of economic, socio-cultural, and political determinants of managerial behavior in these settings.
