Services Marketing

Services dominate almost all types of economies today. The increasingly competitive nature of many service industries places a premium on effective marketing strategy. We will examine the uniqueness of the services characteristics and its marketing implications. Topics include the unique characteristics of services marketing, the management of services, the evaluation of service quality, the techniques for service improvement, and what differentiates services marketing from the marketing of products.

Prerequisite

MBAMKT 670 and Graduate degree student in Management
