New Course for Summer II 2005

MKT 697, Customer Relationship Management, Professor Marylou Roberts.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is an ongoing process of developing relationships by identifying customer needs and delivering superior customer value and satisfaction while achieving the organizational goal of maximum return on customer investment. CRM is perhaps the most important strategic concept in the field of marketing today; CRM initiatives are in great demand but have met with only limited success. Both the opportunities and risks inherent in the adoption of a CRM strategy provide ample reason for rigorous and detailed study of the subject.

This course will count toward the specializations in Marketing and Internet Marketing.
